FLEXIBLE PAYMENTS

Payment Plans That Fit Your Budget

We understand the irony: you’re facing tax debt, and now you need to pay for legal help to resolve it. That’s why we offer flexible payment options designed to make our services accessible even when cash flow is tight.

Payment Plan Options

For most services, we offer payment plans that allow you to spread the cost over time:

Standard Plan: 50% due at engagement, 50% due within 60 days

Extended Plan: 33% due at engagement, balance over 90 days in two additional payments

Custom Plans: For larger engagements ($15,000+), we can structure payments over 4-6 months

How It Works

When we provide your fee quote, we’ll discuss payment options that work for your situation. We don’t require full payment upfront for most services, and we won’t hold your case hostage if you need time to pay.

What We Require

To begin work on your case, we typically require:

  • Signed engagement letter
  • Initial payment (usually 33-50% of total fee)
  • Completed intake forms and initial documentation

Once these are in place, we start working immediately—we don’t wait for full payment to begin resolving your tax problems.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • ACH/bank transfers
  • Checks (personal or business)
  • Wire transfers

No Interest or Financing Charges

Unlike payment plans with finance companies, our internal payment plans don’t carry interest charges or financing fees. The total you pay is the quoted fee—nothing more.

What Happens If You Can’t Pay

If you’re experiencing genuine financial hardship that prevents you from paying our fees, let’s talk. We may be able to:

  • Extend your payment plan further
  • Reduce the scope of services to lower the cost
  • Refer you to lower-cost alternatives if our services aren’t affordable

We’d rather work with you to find a solution than have you go unrepresented.

Balancing Your Obligations

We recognize that you’re juggling multiple financial obligations—mortgage or rent, utilities, family expenses, and the tax debt itself. Our payment plans are designed to be manageable alongside these other commitments.

Transparent Terms

All payment terms are clearly stated in your engagement letter. There are no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no fine print. What we quote is what you pay, on the schedule we agree to.
