Catherine Carr, MBA

Director of Operations

I am passionate about optimizing processes and workflow, especially the client journey. By leveraging business management experience acquired at PwC and other consulting firms I am able to bring a valuable approach to the review, analysis, and evaluation of the firm’s business policies and procedures. Additionally, I work closely with the managing attorney utilizing a data-driven approach to craft strategy and finance.

Kamika Gardner

I currently manage engagement operations at the firm to help ensure client matters are handled in the most efficient manner possible. I attended Texas A&M Commerce and graduated with a degree in Psychology, which I feel has given me the ability to connect with clients, while displaying compassion and empathy, as we help them navigate difficult situations and periods of their life.

Tax Specialist

I am a passionate, dedicated tax professional who is admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. I transitioned from the U.S. Navy after 20 years in 2022. My Naval career ensured my development into a problem-solver with the ability to make quick decisions and adapt to unforeseen obstacles. I enjoy working with people and have a strong desire to help others succeed.

As a DFW native with over 35 years in the metroplex, I bring a deep understanding of our community and a rich background in sales and service to my role as Client Development Manager. My diverse local sales experience, including valuable insights from real estate, has cultivated my exceptional client management and customer service skills. I excel at building strong, lasting relationships, ensuring every client feels heard, understood, and confident throughout their journey with our firm.

With a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies, I strive to stay ahead in the evolving field of marketing. As a problem-solver, I thrive on overcoming challenges and learning new ways to optimize our marketing strategies. My life’s work has been to encourage our team to pursue their personal and professional goals. I have led the firm in donating to local animal rescue groups to help formerly homeless pets, like myself. I am highly motivated by organic, chewy snacks.
