As a Virtual GC client, we serve as your outside general counsel as long as your monthly subscription remains in effect. When you have a legal question, you don't have to worry about the cost. Just pick up the phone or shoot us over an inquiry through your client portal account. An attorney will respond within 1-business day (often much sooner). This means that you can direct any legal matters to us as needed and we're going to get to work on it right away.
We will assess each matter and provide guidance on any options and/or solutions available to you. We also provide several transactional services and legal advice along the way (see below). If any issues come up that fall outside the scope of this service (i.e., litigation, advanced legal services, etc.), you will automatically receive a 10% discount on any additional work you need us to complete. This saves you even more money.
Bottom line: you will have peace of mind knowing that you have effective legal counsel available for your business, on call, whenever the need arises; and you can end your subscription any time.

A. We will communicate via telephone, video conferencing (Google Meet), and our secure online client portal system. We've taken great pains to eliminate phone tag, missed calls, and scheduling conflicts by investing in modern communication and scheduling technologies.
Q. Can I Get Assistance with Other Things Not Included in Our Service Agreement?
A. Yes. Just let us know what you need via the client portal and we'll advise on the best way to proceed. As a Virtual GC client, you will also receive a 10% discount off our normal rates if you select add-on services with our firm.
Q. Can I Really Cancel at Any Time?
A. Yes. We hate to lose clients but understand our way of doing things isn't a fit for everyone. You can easily cancel your subscription via the client portal at any time. Your subscription will continue through the end of the current billing month and we will never charge your credit card again.
